CASE STUDY
ZAN-A-DO

The client approached us as the company was not being able to communicate the right brand voice with their existing packaging. The image that was conveyed by the existing designs was of an ordinary brand with a heavy focus on environmental reform. The client wanted to change this perception and highlight that the company provides very high quality, genuine products while staying environmentally friendly and compliant.

Client Review on Upwork

“Such a breath of fresh air to work with a true master of their skills. Madhvee’s approach from the beginning was first class. This was a new area for us and she was extremely patient with explanations and guidance beyond the scope. Her initial discovery phase helps her be clear on what is expected. This was a fantastic exercise for us to; as we became clear in what we wanted from the design. After collating the information and checking, she produced 3 amazing design concepts anyone of which we would have been happy with. Here is where she went above and beyond guiding us on how to get a market survey on the designs and take it from there. Helping design the questions to ask so we ended up with some great content for marketing as well. This is truly mastery and amazing experience. I can not recommend her highly enough and I am truly looking forward to working with her again in the future.”

Concept Research & Planning

A carefully researched mood board gave a voice to all the ideas that the client had discussed with us. This visual representation of their ideas helped them to choose the direction that they wanted us to take. The selected concepts were then further developed into well researched and conceptualised solutions that strengthened the brand’s visual voice.

Concept testing is the process of evaluating a concept and how it will be received by consumers before it goes to market.

The respondents were presented with two shortlisted packaging labels. The survey used Likert Scale for response collection. Every question and response was written to reduce bias and evoke the most accurate answers possible. The question tested the packaging label on the parameters of Appeal, Uniqueness, Believability, Purchase Intent.
